Description
Konstantin Weiser and Alexandra Kunster farm 4.6 hectares in the Mosel all organically and biodynamically. The duo consistently produces some of Germanys best Pradikat wines, from bright Kabinetts to sticky sweet dessert wines. Fruit for Gaispfad comes old vines rooted in iron oxide rich slate soils, grown at high altitudes on staggering hillsides. The final wine is insanely bright and light on its feet, marked by lightning like acidity and citrusy fruit-forwardness. Pair with an array of takeout favorites!
