Description
Located in Vendone, just 12 km from the coast and situated 300 meters above sea level, Ettore and Natalina Vios son Claudio tends vines and olive trees, planted by his parents back in the 1970s. The winery comprises just two hectares, producing only a few hundred cases a year. The 2017 Pigato macerates with skins fo 24-36 hours, aged on the lees in steel. Light, bright, and perfect with local Ligurian pesto or fish dishes.
