Description
Fruit for this organic Bourgogne Blanc comes from two different vineyard sites in Meursault and Puligny Montrachet. Notes of canned peaches, grapefruit skin gunflint, and baking spice dominate the wines unctuous yet balanced palate. The wine is vinified with native yeasts, undergoes natural malo, ages in 20% new oak for 17 months, and is bottled unfined/unfiltered. This is natural White Burgundy in one of its finest forms.
