Description
Unlike the many manipulated juices of the region, Vincent Charlot farms his fruit organically and with biodynamic principles, implementing a natural, hands-off mentality in the cellar. Cover crops are favored over plows, with majority of holdings dedicated to Pinot Meunier. The 2012 ros is an 80/20 Meunier-Noir blend, macerated 14 hours & aged on lees in oak for 8 months, with no dosage. Ripe, red berry driven, and insanely food-friendly.
