Description
Ronco del Gnemiz was established in the 1960s by the Palazzolo family, situated on the top of the hill of Rosazzo in Friuli. Clay and limestone-rich soils allow fruit to optimally ripen, while Adriatic breezes and mountain influence from the Alps keeps acidity high. This concentrated and salty Friuli is one of our favorites from the portfolio, and we’re drinking it with soft cheeses and seasonal asparagus. Love the energy on this one!
