Now on their fourth generation of winemakers, Gnot-Boulanger produces classic wines from 22 hectares scattered from Chambolle Musigny to Mercurey. Organic & biodynamic conversion has been in progress since 2008, seeking to produce the most terroir-driven wines as possible. The 2016 Clos du Cromin is rich & savory, highlighted by notes of citrus, stone fruit, and salt; weighty yet balanced. Pair with lobster or roasted chicken!
