Fermented in concrete with indigenous yeast, then aged in 1-3 year old oak barrels purchased from some of the top estates in Burgundy.Juniper spice aromatics and crushed black cherry and berry fruit finish with a juicy precision. This will be delicious with grilled beef or a meaty stew.
