Fruit for this textured and earth-driven Pinot Noir comes from eight different parcels across the Cte de Nuits. Notes of red cherries, cassis, wild herbs, and damp earth dominate the wines savory palate. Domaine Julien destems all of the fruit for this cuve and ages the juice for 24 months in barrels (50% new).
