Konstantin Weiser and Alexandra Kunster farm 4.6 hectares in the Mosel all organically and biodynamically. The duo consistently produces some of Germanys best Pradikat wines, from bright Kabinetts to sticky sweet dessert wines. Ellegrub is a rocky and mineral-driven varietal Riesling, noted with flavors of wet slate, lemon skin, and crunchy pear.
